Rimmel London Kate Lasting Finish Lipstick- 16 review,swatches

This range and particularly this shade was so on my wish list and I am so happy with the quality as well.

SHADE: shade #16 is a  gorgeous coral pink.It is slight neon on lips and might wash out dark skin tones.On my nc35,it is comfortable enough to carry.

MY VIEWS:The texture of the lipstick is creamy and it glides on smoothly on lips without any tugging.It has a semi-matte finish which is slightly drying but feels comfortable on lips. I like the way it feels on my lips. However,after few hours of application,my lips feel dry and I have to put lip balm.It has a tendency to stya on the lip lines(if you an understand that!! :P) but I love the fact that it is still very light weight.

The lipstick is sans any shimmer or sheen..it is just matte ,creamy -matte!!

It stays for 5 hours.The shade is pigmented enough to cover lip pigmentation very well.Also,it comes out easily with a cleanser without leaving any stain on lips. However,as said it might look streaky on darker skin as it is cool toned.

It has a mild fragrance that is pleasant and fades after application.

PROS:

• sturdy and classy packaging.
• the shade is gorgeous.
• texture is creamy.
• light weight.
• settles to  a matte finish.
• highly pigmented.
• decent staying power.

CONS:

• limited access to Rimmel products.
• might wash out darker skin tones.

RECOMMENDATION: This is a must buy rage and the shade is an absolute stunner.The staying power is decent along with a top notch formula.I love love love this shade to bits as it is summery,corally,pinky and absolutely lovely!!!The only con is limited availability!!

Ultraflesh matte lipstick-Fragile review & swatches

So,this is the small bullet with me.Believe me,it is a showstopper!!!

ABOUT:Ultraflesh has two sets fro lipsticks-one is perfect pinks and the other is perfect reds.

I have one shade from the pink set and love it like anything.

Each box contained 6 lipsticks – there are 3 shades and each shade has a matte version as well as a sheer one.The six colors span the pink spectrum.

• Ethereal (matte golden pink)
• Tender (matte baby pink)
• Fragile (matte hot pink)
• Ethereal (sheer golden pink)
• Tender (sheer baby pink)
• Fragile (sheer hot pink)

I have the Fragile shade with matte finish.

PRICE:The whole set is available for 30$ online.

Each lipstick weighs 1.2 gm which is very less as you can see in the pic below…

However,i really like such quantity so that i can  finish up at least one lipstick from the many lying with me!!!

SHADE:The shade is a matte hot pink with slight purple tones.A statement pink in its own.

MY VIEWS:The texture the lipstick si matte but not over drying but you need a lip balm underneath otherwise it will settle in the lip lines.It stays for about 5-6 hours and leaves a pinky stain on lips.

I prefer applying it on exfoliated lips but in the swatches below,i had not exfoliated my lips but it did not accentuate them!!

PROS:

• the shade is amazing.
• the texture is smooth.
• matte but not drying.
• statement lip sin a small piece…wow!!
• I love the small black matte packaging.
• decent staying power.

CONS:

• has to be purchased online.
• little quantity.
• it would have been better to include different shades rather than having hues of pink.
• the lipstick can settle in the lip lines.

RECOMMENDATION: This is available in a 6 piece set having different shades and finishes of pink.If you are a pink lover then i surely recommend you to buy it otherwise having 6 pink shades is too much.
