So,I wanted to invest in MAC Pro Longwear concealer and was going through reviews of bloggers on the same where I found that many had compared MAC prolong wear with L.A. girl pro concealer.I googled about this fab product and finally made a mind to purchase this.

PACKAGING:The packaging is not very attractive.It comes in a squeezy tube with a small brush tip.The packaging isn’t hygienic as the brush comes in contact with the skin but it does help in easy blending of the concealer.The shade name is provided at the back of the tube.However,it is travel friendly and mess-free.
SHADE:Pure beige is perfect for concealing under eye and unevenness.It suits my yellow undertoned NC 35-37 skin tone.

MY VIEWS: The L.A. Girl Pro Conceal HD Concealer is a lightweight concealer with opaque coverage, in a supposedly crease free formula that camouflages under eye circles, redness and blemishes with a natural looking finish. The concealer has somewhat thick in consistency but it is easy to apply,doesn’t dry fast and is easy to blend.I use sigma brush for applying the concealer and then sponge to smooth out the surface and the finish is pretty amazing.It is dries to a matte finish but it is doesn’t accentuate lines and doesn’t settle in the lines.However,I do use good amount of eye cream underneath to keep the area hydrated.
The concealer provides build able medium coverage in a single layer which can be built up to full without any heavy feeling.It doesn’t look cakey. The texture is light weight and works well when applied under the base and over of the base.It is great for under eye area concealing as well as for concealing redness and blemishes.The concealer doesn’t budge or crease and the eye shadows also stay put throughout.Staying power is around 7-8 hours easily.
I haven’t used MAC Pro Long wear as yet but from online reviews,I can easily say that L.A. Girl Pro HD concealer is a dupe for MAC Pro Long Wear Concealer.

RECOMMENDATION: I highly recommend trying this out as it is great for those looking for heavy concealing. However,its limited availability and high price in India is a major issue.
