Pick up a good amount of powder and blend and diffuse the product onto the skin for a soft finish with medium to high coverage. The Powder Polish brush is also ideal to blend foundation edges along the jawline for a seamless makeup result.

PACKAGING:It comes in a plastic cover secured in a black pouch.I love the packaging as it gives a classy and neat look to the brush and makes it travel friendly.I can put other brushes in this bag when I am on the go.

MY VIEWS:Powder Polish is part of the new launches by Zoeva in 2015 collection.It is a large, fluffy yet dense brush which is perfect for use with mineral or powder foundation as it allows you to really buff such product into the skin.

I find that this powder brush is great in all zones,be it foundation, loose powder or even blush but it also works wonderfully well with liquid products due to the denseness of the brush. If you like a flawless finish from your foundation with very little work this is the brush for you.I have been using this for buffing liquid foundation and the results are flawless.It provides airbrushed look and is easy to work out also.

The bristles are dense and very soft.I just love the feel of the brush on my skin as it is not at all harsh or abrasive.I find it a great brush to be used for powder as well as liquid foundation.

I have been using this brush for quite a while and here’s my opinion on it:

DIRECTION :

• Contour your face with contour powder by placing the brush at the centre of the ear.
• Guide towards the tip of the nose and stop shortly before the corner of the eye.
• Lightly whisk the colour remaining on the brush under the chin and on the hairline and blend everything softly to a flawless finish.

MY VIEWS:The Luxe Face Paint Brush is described as a professional contouring brush which can be used with pressed and loose powder, with a blend of synthetic and natural bristles for a seamless finish. The bristles are shaped into a flat, square head which offers fantastic precision when contouring.  The brush head is quite small at around an inch long, with a depth of half an inch, with slightly dense bristles so it allows for precise application as well as blending .

This brush is very much compared to the Nars Ita Brush.I haven’t tried Ita but online pics show that the bristles on the 109 are shorter than Ita,with a cleaner cut on the front part.However,I find It has the perfect size, not too big not too small, and I can achieve a sharp contour if I desire so or a more diffused and natural result, for everyday use. It works perfectly with cream and powder products. I simply love the result it provides.Also,the brush has minimal shedding during washing.

RECOMMENDATION:I highly recommend trying this out if you like contouring and want perfect results.The brush is reasonably prices as compared to Nars Ita brush but the problem is that it has to be ordered online.

PACKAGING:The packaging is neat and clean with a black plastic square that opens up.The packaging is travel friendly but I believe that it isn’t so sturdy and the blush may break if it falls.A mirror is also provided at the other end make it convenient to use.

SHADE:Last Love is a very pretty apricot shade with golden sheen and slight shimmer.It is a shade that anyone can use without second thought.The sheen it has provides a gorgeous glow to face.

MY VIEWS:The texture of the blush is smooth.It is soft and finely milled.The blush applies well and blends easily with other products as well.It doesn’t accentuate pores nor clog them.However,the blush is so soft that after some time the shade merges with the natural colour of the skin.Though ,it is decently pigmented but being a peachy-gold shade,it isn’t insanely pigmented and has to be built up to show properly.It stays for about 3-4 hours after which the colour of the blush starts fading but the golden sheen remains for another 2 hours.

RECOMMENDATION:I love the shade as it is my favorite.The shae is very similar to MAC Style Blush.It is a great shade which will compliment all skin tones.

 

 

Zoeva Naturally Yours Eyeshadow Palette: Review & Swatches

PACKAGING:The packaging is simple yet very elegant.A beige colored cardboard.There are 10 shades with names mentioned below thats really a plus point.The packaging is neat,clean and sturdy.

SHADES:This is a neutral palette with earthy ,brown tones and of course a black shade to go with any look.

The ten shades contained in the palette are:

• Pure: An off white matte shade.Decently pigmented.
• Soft and sexy: A medium matte brown. Pigmented and smooth.
• Smooth harmony: Smooth and shimmery gold with a little bit of silver in it.It has slight duochrome effect.
• Forever yours: This is the most unique shade in this palette. It is a smooth light brown with a bluish duo chrome effect to it.
• Slow dance: A smooth and pigmented matte brown.
• First love:  White eyeshadow,can be used as a highlight as well.
• Casual Elegance: A pale gold which is an excellent all over the lid color or as a highlighter for the inner corners.
• Sweet sound: Pure bronze which is absolutely stunning on brown eyes! Smooth and pigmented.
• Lovely Monday: Chocolate brown with a touch of gold shimmer. Ultra pigmented and smooth.
• Timeless chic: Matte black which is sheer but smooth.
• 

MY VIEWS:All the shades are decently pigmented.I love the shades as they are wearable and can be used for creating subtle as well as intense look.My major concern is the lack of pigmentation in Timeless chic.It can be used for soft smoky look as well as when used wet.However,on its own,it is very sheer and i have to use My sleek Oh so Special Noir to get the intensity of a black shade.However,all the shades blend well and don’t crease.They stay for about 5-6 hours which is fine.
