PACKAGING:It comes in a black plastic case with a clear plastic lid. The lid clicks shut to lock it in place. The bad thing about Wet n Wild lipsticks is that the bullets don’t twist all the way down, so you have to be extremely careful recapping.I accidently closed the lipstick once and the tip got ‘injured’ 😛. The shade name is provided below with the shade indicator.
SHADE: Mauve Outta Here is a cool toned purple pink shade.It isn’t too bright but definitely slightly bold shade.The shade is sans any shimmer or sheen and has creme finish.

MY VIEWS:The lipstick has a semi-matte finish leaning more towards matte.I have read on many blogs that the formula is slight drying but I didn’t feel so.It feels comfortable and is very light weight.It does accentuate the lip lines a bit but that’s not an issue as MAC Ruby Woo accentuates the lip lines more still it looks beautiful.
The shade is decently pigmented and it will cover lip pigmentation very well.It can be applied sheer as well as with full intensity.I feel that it will suit fairer skin tone more as compared to wheatish or dusky skin tone.If I wear this shade without a proper base,it does accentuate my uneven tone so I have to pay special attention tot he base while carrying this shade.It doesn’t accentuate the darkness around the lips.The shade is very versatile and can be worn to office as well as for special occasions.The shade stays for about 4-4.5 hours and fades evenly.It doesn’t look patchy after it wears off.
Those having dry lips can apply a layer of lip balm underneath.The formula isn’t creamy still easy to wear and pull off.Out of the 2 shades I have;Mauve outta here is more creamier and has slight glossy finish as compared to Rose Bud .
I prefer wearing this shade with a light baby pink blush and shimmer eyeshadow.It looks really girly and pretty!!

RECOMMENDATION:I am loving this shade and wearing it a lot these days.The lipsticks have limited availability but I highly recommend checking them out and stacking at least 2-3.
