SHADE: Honey is the most subtle shade out of all the colorburst lipsticks.It is a nude peach;a shade that might be hard to wear if worn alone but it will completely rock when paired with intense smoky looks.Honey is very sheer;a ‘almost there’ kind of shade.The shade has fine shimmer particles that are barely visible.They are minute and non-gritty.

MY VIEWS: The lipstick has a very soft and creamy formula.It is hydrating but I wont call it very moisturising.The shade is sheer so you need at least 4-5 swipes of IT to show up.However,even after building up the shade intensity,it stays lightweight and very comfortable on lips.
It is a shade that will suit nude looks & smokey looks.the shade is for those who like wearing ‘almost there’ kind of shades.The formula is great but the staying power for this particular shade is quite low ie. for about 2-3 hours.Also,the shade will suit fair to wheatish skin tone more as it might wash out deeper skin tones.It provides a glossy sheen to lips making them appear healthy.

RECOMMENDATION: i have loved previously tried Colorburst lipsticks.Honey is also a great shade in terms of formula but as far as the shade,coverage and staying power is concerned,it did not live up to the desired expectations.The shade is definitely a nice choice of those who like neutral shades.
