NYX Cream blush-Hot Pink review & swatches

ABOUT: More delicious than peaches and cream? We like to think so. Our velvety smooth mineral Rouge Cream Blush offers a sheer wash of radiant color. The glorious payoff is dewy, sultry and long-lasting.???????????????????????????????

PRICE: 6$ OR around rs.650 in India.

PACKAGING: The packaging is simple and sturdy with a black round pan packaging having a transparent lid .The shade name is provided at the back.

THE SHADE:  Hot Pink is a pretty barbie pink shade. It looks really bold in the pan and on swatching but when blended out,the shade is so amazing and adds ‘pinky pinky’ flush to cheeks.

I have used this as a lip color also and it looks amazing.Only problem is that this shade is cool tone so it will look slightly streaky on darker, olive skin tone. And this is a perfect dupe for Bourjois Rouge edition lipcolor 12(rose neon) just that rose neon is slightly more vibrant on lips.

MY VIEWS: The texture is very creamy and the blush is highly pigmented.I just put 3 dots below the cheekbone and then blend. It blends easily without leaving any patches or streaks. The finish is dewy and it staying for about 7-8 hours on me.However, after a few hours I feel some oiliness and need a dust of compact to freshen up the look.

Hot Pink is highly pigmented and needed a touch only to show up.

  • gorgeous shade for barbie doll cheeks.
  • It will suit all skin tones.
  • looks good as lip color as well but its is cool toned.
  • didn’t break me out.
  • smooth in texture.
  • creamy.
  • provides dewy finish.
  • decent staying power.
  • highly pigmented.

  • pricey in India.
  • might look too shiny on oily skin tones.

RECOMMENDATION: Well, who doesn’t want barbie doll looks!! Highly recommended!!!
